  • Phone Number – Used for verification and support.
  • Name – Collected for identification and personalization.
  • Work Role – Additional information provided by the user.
  • Current Company Name – Additional information provided by the user.

1.2 National ID Information

  • Front Side Image: Captured image of the front side of your National ID card.
  • Back Side Image: Captured image of the back side of your National ID card.

1.3 Liveness Detection Information

  • Video Recording: Video of you performing specific actions (e.g., blinking, looking in different directions) to ensure you are the owner of the National ID.

1.4 App Behavior Tracking

  • App Usage Data: We track and monitor the app's behavior and performance. This includes information on app crashes, errors, and other usage data to help us improve the app's functionality and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:


2.1 Authentication

  • To authenticate your access to the app.


2.2 eKYC Process

  • To verify the validity of the National ID by processing the captured front and back side images.
  • To perform liveness detection by analyzing the recorded video.


2.3 Results Storage

  • To store the results of the eKYC session on our backend servers.


2.4 App Improvement

  • To track and analyze app behavior, which helps us identify and fix issues, improve performance, and enhance user experience.

We do not share your information with any third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

  • We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, provide the service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used.
